A Personal Note from The President
To My Valued Clients and Associates,
Thank you for your interest and loyalties to FMA and to me. I founded FMA
in 1995 to create a work environment based on the values of effective communication,
ethics, trustworthiness, integrity, and credibility. Today, I remain committed
to these values and am proud to share them with you.
Effective communication and networking skills are essential to achieving
business success. Listening to you, understanding your needs, and providing
you with useful feedback and effective strategies are my commitment to you.
At FMA, we are active in industry associations, and we contribute regularly
to trade press and industry forums. These activities keep us current and networked
so that we can continue to meet your needs. Through FMA you have access to
a highly responsive and productive network of industry partners and government

My commitment to providing you with value is evident in the quality performance
in our work, performance that is enhanced by the quality assurance training
(primarily through Philip Crosby organizations) and time management training
and tools (from Franklin Covey) provided for FMA personnel. In addition, our
practiced work processes insure the highest level of quality control throughout
every assignment.
As always, we continue to welcome back our "repeat" clientele while
extending open arms to our much appreciated referral customers and new business.
We're looking forward to working with you on your next project.
