Susan
Milich, President and Founder of FMA, is a recognized leader in the government-technology
industry for providing clients with innovative and successful business development,
management, and marketing communications services.
A 20-year veteran of the computer industry, Susan learned her trade developing go-to-market strategies and implementations as an employee of Planning Research Corporation, Intelligent Electronics/ Entré Computer Centers, Inc. and Government Technology Services, Inc. (GTSI).
Her many accomplishments include developing successful sales and marketing programs for a wide variety of computing technologies in mini-computing, workstation and microcomputer environments.
Susan frequently shares her knowledge at guest-speaking engagements for academic, business and professional organizations. Previous speaking engagements she has enjoyed include: the Business Schools at Johns Hopkins University and George Washington University, Federal Computer Week Marketing Summit, Computer Reseller News' Technology Business Conference and local chapters of Business and Professional Women. She currently serves on the Government Marketing Forum Advisory Board and has also served on the boards of both the Association for Federal Information Resource Management (AFFIRM) and the Industry Advisory Council (IAC).
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William and Mary in Virginia. A strong believer in the power of education and giving back to the community, she enjoys serving as a mentor to industry newcomers, providing quality internship opportunities for area college students and regularly contributing to educational activities at her children's schools.

Founded in 1986 by Roxanne H. Dobrynski, FSI provides strategic and tactical development of federal, state, and local government procurement opportunities, with a range of expertise from identifying customer qualifications to contract negotiations and award implementation.

positions in the U.S. Army and the Central Intelligence Agency and has

Founder and President of J.L.
